A New Experience

It is rare to be in a career where you have an experience outside of your everyday work.
This past year, as a Realtor, I have had an opportunity to meet Beverly MaHood. For those of you who don’t know who Beverly MaHood is, here is a brief bio. Beverley Mahood, born November 2, 1974 in Northern Ireland, is a successful country music singer in Canada. She was also a Canadian television host. From 2004 to July 28, 2005, she co-hosted the Citytv Vancouver morning show, Breakfast Television. She was then named to co-host CMT Canada’s flagship show, CMT Central. She is now host of CMT Ultimate 20 on CMT Canada.
One of the reasons why this was such a highlight, was the fact that I grew up 4 miles from where her family lives in Orville, Ontario.
I have also had an opportunity to be on a German reality show which will aired in Germany April 17, 2008. The show is about a German family moving to another country and experiencing the process of starting and establishing a new home.
